BRUSH APPLICATION

THIS PROCESS CONSISTS OF PREPPING THE DRIVEWAY, COMPLETING MINOR REPAIRS, THEN APPLYING A COATING OF HIGH GRADE SEALER TO THE SURFACE WITH A STIFF BRISTLED BRUSH. THIS OPTION IS AVAILABLE FOR ANY DRIVEWAY, HOWEVER WE GENERALLY USE THIS METHOD FOR SMALLER DRIVEWAYS, WHERE SPRAYING IS MORE OF A HASSLE THAN A BENEFIT.

SPRAY APPLICATION

THIS PROCESS CONSISTS OF PREPPING THE DRIVEWAY, COMPLETING MINOR REPAIRS, THEN EDGING IN SEVERAL FEET FROM ANY STRUCTURE OR LANDSCAPING TO PREVENT OVERSPRAY.  AFTER WE ARE DONE "CUTTING IN", WE SPRAY HIGH GRADE SEALER TO THE SURFACE TO ACHIEVE A SEAMLESS FINISH WITHOUT BRUSH MARKS.

CRACK FILLING

THIS PROCESS CONSISTS OF CLEANING AND PREPPING THE CRACKS. WE ACHIEVE THIS BY USING STEEL BROOMS TO CLEAN OUT DEBRIS AND THEN A HIGH TEMP TORCH TO KILL ANY REMAINING VEGETATION. DEPENDING ON THE CRACKS DEPTH AND SIZE, EITHER A COLD POUR ACRYLIC FILLER OR A HOT POUR (350-400 DEGREE) CRACK FILLER IS APPLIED USING A RY10 CRACK KETTLE. 

LINE STRIPING

THIS PROCESS STARTS WITH THE PROPER LAYOUT. WE WILL MATCH YOUR EXISTING STRIPING PATTERN OR MAXIMIZE PARKING EFFICIENCY BY CREATING A NEW LAYOUT. A COMMERCIAL GRACO LINE STRIPER IS THEN UTILIZED TO APPLY A LATEX BASED HIGH TRAFFIC, HIGH VISIBILITY PAINT TO THE ASPHALT SURFACE.

ASPHALT REPAIRS

THIS PROCESS CONSISTS OF PREPPING THE AREA. EITHER REMOVING BROKEN ASPHALT AND REPLACING IT WITH AQUA-PHALT, A HIGH GRADE COLD PATCH ASPHALT OR UTILIZING TROWEL GRADE PATCH OR GATOR-PAVE, TO REPAIR LARGER AREAS THAT ARE "ALLIGATORED" OR DETERIORATING. WE ALSO OFFER THE OPTION OF FILLING IN SEAMS AT GARAGE DOORS AND SIDEWALKS IN SOME INSTANCES.
